At Mulligan & Co., we’re committed to giving you a smooth experience—from secure checkout to delivery at your door.

We ensure safe and secure checkout using industry-standard SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways.
We currently accept PayPal only.
Your privacy and security are always protected.


ORDER PROCESSING

All Mulligan & Co. apparel is made-to-order. Every design is printed with care, just for you.

  • Processing time: Please allow 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday) before shipment.

  • Order cutoff time: Orders placed after 6:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.


SHIPPING & HANDLING

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped directly from our production partners.
Shipping is available worldwide.

  • Delivery time: Estimated 12–17 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on your location.

  • Total delivery time: Most orders arrive within 15–22 business days from the date of purchase.

SHIPPING RATES

  • Flat rate: $4.99

  • Add $3 for each additional item

  • Free shipping for all orders over $120


ORDER FULFILLMENT SCHEDULE

We process orders Monday through Friday (Eastern Time), excluding U.S. postal holidays:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Presidents’ Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas

🚫 We currently do not ship to U.S. military bases.
⚠️ Expedited shipping is not available at this time.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your package ships.
Please allow 3–5 days for tracking info to update as it moves through carrier facilities.


ADDRESS ISSUES

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • "Unclaimed" status

  • "Return to sender" by the carrier

We’ll notify you via email. Once the package is received at our facility, we’ll issue a refund for the subtotal (excluding shipping).

⚠️ Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Mulligan & Co. is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


LOST PACKAGES

If your package is officially marked lost by the shipping carrier, contact us at support@mulligannco.com.
We’ll either:

  • Reship your order, or

  • Issue a full refund — your choice.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed after we receive the item(s).

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.

If you received a wrong or damaged item, email support@mulligannco.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo or video of the issue

  • Your shipping address

  • A contact phone number

Missing items?
Sometimes items ship separately. If something’s missing, let us know—we’ll help track it down.

Refunds:

  • Defective items: Full refund

  • Non-defective items: Refunds exclude shipping and handling fees
