ORDER PROCESSING
All Mulligan & Co. apparel is made-to-order. Every design is printed with care, just for you.

Order cutoff time: Orders placed after 6:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped directly from our production partners.
Shipping is available worldwide.

Delivery time: Estimated 12–17 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on your location.

Total delivery time: Most orders arrive within 15–22 business days from the date of purchase.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your package ships.
Please allow 3–5 days for tracking info to update as it moves through carrier facilities.
ADDRESS ISSUES
If a package is returned due to:

Incorrect/incomplete address

"Unclaimed" status

"Return to sender" by the carrier
We’ll notify you via email. Once the package is received at our facility, we’ll issue a refund for the subtotal (excluding shipping).

LOST PACKAGES
If your package is officially marked lost by the shipping carrier, contact us at support@mulligannco.com.
