To Qualify for a Return or Exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Include the original packaging, tags, and any accessories

  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order
    (Example: If you received it on June 1, the return must be postmarked by June 30)

  • Use an insured, trackable shipping method

If you received the item and you're not happy with it, no worries — you’re covered.
You have 30 days to request a return, refund, or replacement as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.

  • Your order number or receipt

  • A clear photo of the item/package

  • A brief explanation of the reason for return or exchange

How Long Does It Take?

We typically process returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item.
You'll get an email once your request is reviewed and approved.


When Will I Get My Refund?

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method (including gift cards, if used).
Please note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If a returned item does not meet the requirements listed above, a refund may not be issued.
In that case, we’ll notify you with your next steps.

We’ll make it right — fast. If you received:

    We’ll send a free replacement (no extra cost), delivered in 4–6 business days.
